Frequently Asked Questions

Booking, payment, check-in, location and everything else guests ask us before they arrive.

How do I book?

Use the Check Availability search on the home page or the Apartment page, pick your dates and guests, then send a booking request. Your host reviews every request personally and replies by email, usually the same day. Nothing is charged until your dates are confirmed.

How much does it cost?

US$125 per night, with no tax added at the moment. You'll always see the full total before you confirm, and booking direct here means no platform fees.

How do I pay?

Once your dates are confirmed you'll receive payment instructions by email. We accept bank transfer and card payment. For peak-season dates a deposit of one night may be requested to hold the booking, with the balance due before arrival.

What is the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in — you pay nothing. Cancel within 7 days of arrival and the first night is charged; the rest is refunded. No-shows are charged the first night.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. We use self check-in with a keyless door code, so late or early-morning flights are no problem — just let us know your arrival time and we'll send the code and directions ahead of your stay.

Is it a private apartment?

Yes — Azure Breeze Apartment is a single, private one-bedroom apartment in Calivigny. You book the whole place to yourself; there are no other rooms or guests sharing the space.

How many people can stay?

The apartment sleeps two guests in one queen bedroom. An infant in a travel cot can stay free of charge and does not count toward the two-guest limit — just mention it when you book so we can have the space ready.

Where exactly is Azure Breeze Apartment?

Calivigny, in the parish of St. George on Grenada's south coast — on the main road next to SOG Foods supermarket, near Westerhall. Maurice Bishop International Airport is about a 20-minute drive, Grand Anse Beach and St. George's around 20-25 minutes, and the marinas and restaurants of the south coast are just minutes away. Free private parking is on site, and we send exact directions with your confirmation.

Is there parking and Wi-Fi?

Yes — free private parking on site and fast Wi-Fi, suitable for remote work.

Can I book through Airbnb instead?

You can, but booking direct here is always the better value — you skip the platform service fee and deal with your host directly. Our calendar syncs with the listing platforms, so the availability you see on this site is always accurate.
