House Rules
A few simple things that keep Azure Breeze Apartment calm, safe, and welcoming.
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in from 3:00 PM.
- Check-out by 11:00 AM.
- Keyless self check-in — your door code will be sent ahead of arrival.
- Early check-in or late check-out available on request, subject to availability.
Quiet hours & guests
- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, out of respect for our neighbours in Calivigny.
- Registered guests only — additional visitors must be approved in advance.
- No parties or large gatherings on the property.
Smoking, pets & cleanliness
- The apartment is strictly non-smoking.
- Violations incur an additional cleaning fee.
- Pets are not permitted, with the exception of registered assistance animals.
- Please keep the apartment tidy and use the designated bins for trash.
Safety & security
- Please keep all doors and windows locked when out.
- Do not share your door code with anyone.
- Turn off lights and A/C when leaving to conserve energy.
- The building entrance and parking area are lit at night; there are no cameras inside the apartment.
Damages & liability
- Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
- Illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

- In an emergency call 911.

Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in, with a full refund. Cancel within 7 days of arrival and the first night is charged; anything already paid beyond that is refunded. No-shows are charged the first night.
