Who we are

What we collect

When you book or contact us we collect your name, email address, phone number, travel dates, guest composition (adults, children and infants) and any notes you choose to send us.

We also record anonymous usage statistics (pages visited, device type, approximate country) to understand how the website is used. These statistics are not linked to your identity.

How we use it

Your details are used only to manage your booking or enquiry: confirming availability, communicating about your stay, arranging payment and providing check-in information.

If you leave a review, your first name and review may be displayed on the website, but only after we approve it.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with marketers. We do not send promotional emails. Your data is shared only where needed to operate the stay — for example, calendar synchronisation with booking platforms such as Airbnb, which receives only dates, never your name or contact details.

Storage and security

Your information is stored securely on our booking platform with access restricted to the host and site administrators. Booking records are kept for accounting and tax purposes as required by Grenada law, and are deleted once that period has passed.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time to view, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email hello@azurebreezegrenada.com and we will respond within a few days.
